A Weekend In Elim

I've gone to some pretty amazing places in South Africa, but I never get around to posting about it. So this weekend when we went to Elim for my friend's birthday, I decided that for once I'm going to put together a little post. And here it is! We went to Elim to visit my friend at her boyfriend's house on a farm between Elim and Bredasdorp. The house is old school and cosy - the perfect combo for a weekend away! The pros and cons of an MSC cruise

My mom and I have wanted to go on an MSC cruise for years, so last year September we decided to make our dream a reality by booking a cruise for March 2015 on the MSC Opera to Mozambique and Madagascar. Obviously it was fantastic - I loved spending every day in the sun and visiting such exotic places. My stay at The Windsor Hotel in Hermanus

This weekend my mom and I stayed at The Windsor Hotel in Hermanus. We were both so excited to get out of Paarl for a while - even if only for a night. Side note: My mom and I used to argue ALL the time when I was a teenager, but we've become best friends. When I get some blogger perks she's always the person I share them with.
